But with the Washington State Pre-existing Condition Insurance Plan, (a high risk pool created temporarily as part of the new Affordable Care Act) you can have access to health care coverage with no waiting period. By pairing Qliance with this state provided insurance plan, you can have access to great Qliance care and traditional high-deductible health insurance.
