Traditional Primary Care
Traditionally, over 40¢ of every $1 you spend on health care goes toward insurance billing and overhead. This means your clinician must work harder and faster, seeing more patients each day just to make ends meet. As a patient, you experience longer wait times, shorter appointments and higher costs.
The Qliance Concept
Qliance is like a health club membership, but for health care. Your membership gives you unrestricted access to your Qliance clinician and services for one monthly fee. Instead of dealing with costly overhead, we reinvest that 40¢ in our clinics, electronic medical records and in patient services. You experience shorter wait times, longer appointments and lower costs.

Registration Fee $99 per family

Registration Fee
Qliance charges a one time registration fee of $99 per family which will be charged upon registration. Should a family member choose to join Qliance, their registration fee will be waived.
Payment Options
Qliance accepts credit cards, debit cards and automatic funds transfers from your bank account. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment options are also available. Qliance accepts credit and debit cards, cash and check for incidental fees and is due upon service.
Incidental Fees
Your monthly care fee covers the primary and preventive care services described on the Services page of our website. However, at times your care may require durable medical supplies or third-party services that are not included in your monthly care fee. You may be asked to pay additional fees for items such as prescription medications, laboratory tests and outside services such as x-ray interpretation. In all cases, incidental items are charged at or near our cost and their prices and relevance to your care are fully discussed with you in advance of being incurred.
If you have health insurance, you may choose to have your laboratory tests billed to your carrier as well as have prescriptions written to a pharmacy that accepts your plan.
Membership Contract
There is no long-term contract at Qliance. If you're dissatisfied with your care, you may cancel your membership at anytime.
