Patient Services: Make the most of your membership
Your Qliance clinician can perform many procedures in the clinic including annual exams, basic x-rays, EKGs, pregnancy tests, spirometry, blood draws, flu shots and more! Below is a comprehensive list of services and procedures that are included in your Qliance monthly care fee.
Appointments
Office Visits
Our clinicians can generally see patients the same or next day. If your personal clinician is out of the office, you are welcome to see another provider. Same or next day appointments are welcome, however for annual exams we ask that you schedule your appointment one week or more in advance.Phone Appointments
Your Qliance clinician is avaliable for over-the-phone consultations for minor issues and quick questions. Phone visits are most useful and appropriate for following up on an existing medical problem, addressing medication questions (not refills), lab tests or following up after a subspecialist visit. If your question requires in-person attention, your clinician may ask you to come into the clinic.Email Contact
Please feel free to contact your clinician by email for non-urgent issues. If your clinician is out of the office, you will receive an out-of-office message with detailed instructions for addressing your question.
Wellness Care
In addition to primary care, your Qliance clinician also offers lifestyle and wellness care. Your visits may include extended consultations and personalized coaching to create positive lifestyle changes such as weight loss, smoking cessation and stress management.
Chronic Disease Management
Hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, heart disease, asthma, arthritis, osteoporosis and many other chronic conditions can be managed effectively at Qliance. Your Qliance clinician may provide education and training to manage your condition, but should you require a specialist's care, we will refer you to a qualified physician who can manage your care. Your Qliance clinician will continue to monitor and coordinate your specialty care while helping you make health care decisions.
Endocrine Care
For those that require more in-depth care, we are proud to offer endocrine care at our Downtown Seattle clinic provided by Dr. Frances Broyles. For more information, please visit our Endocrinology page.
Specialist Care Coordination
Should you need to see a specialist, your Qliance clinician will coordinate your referral, correspond with your specialist about your treatment and will work with you to manage your after-care. If you have insurance, we will strive to provide referrals to providers covered by your policy. If you are paying out-of-pocket for your medical care, your Qliance clinician can refer you to providers who offer Qliance members discounted pricing.
Urgent Care
We provide same or next-day care for urgent medical issues including x-rays, sprains, strains, fractures, cuts requiring stitches, acute illnesses and more.

X-rays
We perform basic x-rays in our clinics and, to guarantee the highest level of quality and safety, send them to an outside radiologist for professional interpretation. The cost of these x-rays is included in your monthly fee.
Laboratory Tests
We are pleased to offer several basic lab tests included in your monthly care fee:
- Blood glucose (Fingerstick)
- Hemoglobin/Hemotocrit
- HIV Screening test
- INR (blood coagulation measurement)
- Mononucleosis Test
- Pregnancy Test
- Stool Blood Test (FOBT)
- Strep Throat Test
- Urinalysis
For your convenience, we perform blood draws and sample collection in our clinic free of charge. To ensure the highest quality care and accuracy, tests are processed off site at our partner laboratory. If you would like to pay Qliance directly for your tests, we are happy to offer at-cost pricing. Shoud you choose to use your insurance, your tests will be billed directly by our lab partner to your plan.

These procedures are offered free of charge however if a laboratory test is required beyond what is listed, it is charged at cost at the time of service. As with all out-of-pocket expenses, their relevance to your care and their cost will be discussed with you beforehand.
Prescription Drugs & Medications
Your monthly care fee does not cover the cost of these or any other prescriptions, prescriptions filled outside Qliance may be billed directly to your insurance by your pharmacy. To ensure the highest quality care, please note our Controlled Substances Prescription Philosophy & Refill Policy.
Qliance First-Fill Dispensary
We are pleased to partner with Healthwarehouse.com to offer an on-site dispensary of roughly 150 generic medications. If you need a medication that we carry on-site, we are happy to provide one (1) first-fill free of charge.* We also carry a number of medications for acute and chronic illnesses that can be dispensed to you at no charge at the time of your visit.

About Healthwarehouse.com
Healthwarehouse.com is a retail mail-order pharmacy that offers cost savings, convenience of ordering, free at-home delivery and award-winning customer service. Healthwarehouse.com is able to offer best-available pricing by selling directly from manufacturer to consumer whenever possible. They offer 300 medications for $3.50 for a 1 month supply and 1000 medications under $25. Qliance patients receive a 5% discount on all orders. You are not obligated to use Healthwarehouse.com for future prescriptions and may continue to use any pharmacy of your choice for refilling prescriptions.
Vaccines
We can administer selected vaccines in our clinics including the seasonal and H1N1 flu vaccine. While some vaccines are provided at no additional charge, some are are charged at our cost. In Washington State, all state-approved childhood (ages 0-19) immunizations, except HPV, are currently provided at no extra cost.

Limits of Care
We offer a primary care level of treatment and counseling for the following:

- Maternity/labor and delivery
- Naturopathy
- Psychiatric Care

- Vision care

- Colonoscopy
- CT Scan
- PET Scan
- Endoscopy
