At Qliance, we work directly for you providing primary and preventive care for a majority of your everyday healthcare needs. Working outside the insurance system gives us the freedom to offer the very best care. That includes a wide range of conveniences, from extended office hours to more time and attention from your provider. The following is a list of the benefits Qliance patients enjoy.
Unrestricted access
You can see your Qliance healthcare provider as often as needed for conditions appropriate to primary and preventive care.
Convenient hours
Qliance is open seven days a week with extended hours most days. After hours, a Qliance healthcare provider with electronic access to your medical records is on-call and available to answer your questions.
Downtown Seattle location
Qliance’s Seattle practice is located on the 16th floor of the newly renovated Medical Dental Building. The Medical Dental Building is located near Westlake Center on Olive way between 5th and 6th avenue.
Same and next day appointments
For urgent care, Qliance offers same or next-day appointments. For preventive care, such as annual physicals, you will typically be scheduled within 30 days.
Fewer patients per healthcare team
At Qliance, each healthcare team shares responsibility for a common group of patients. The patient group size is intentionally limited to provide greater access and attention from your provider.
Unhurried service
Urgent care exams are typically scheduled for 30 minutes and preventive care exams are scheduled for one hour.
Affordable, predictable monthly rates
Care is provided for a direct, monthly fee which includes all the services provided by the practice. Unlike insurance, there is no deductible, coinsurance or co-payment for Qliance office visits.
No long-term commitment
There is no long-term committment when you join Qliance. Patients may discontinue receiving care at our practice at any time.
Non-discriminatory enrollment
Qliance does not pre-screen or decline to accept patients because of their age; race; religion; national origin; health condition, including the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability; sexual orientation; education; economic status; insurance coverage; employment status; or citizenship.
Complements health insurance
Qliance may be used alone for primary care, or in conjunction with your current insurance coverage (including lower cost high-deductible health insurance plans and Medicare) to provide more comprehensive health coverage.
