Qliance philosophy: one provider, one patient, one goal

The premise for Qliance primary healthcare is simple: good health for more people, achieved through affordable health care provided directly and paid for directly.

This new approach has grown out of frustration with an unmanageable, expensive insurance system and a desire to put good, affordable, personalized primary healthcare back in the hands of patients and doctors.

Qliance Medical Group''s Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Garrison Bliss has been working with patients in this way for ten years. He co-founded Seattle Medical Associates, a highly respected medical practice that was the second primary care practice in the country to convert to a direct, monthly care fee model.

The core of our practice, the patient services included in the Qliance monthly fee, is the product of Dr. Bliss'' extensive experience and practical understanding of effective healthcare. He has seen the long-term benefits to overall health when a patient and healthcare provider work together directly on primary and preventive care. He is confident that the Qliance model can meet the primary and preventive care needs of the vast majority of Americans, including substantial numbers of those who are uninsured or underinsured.
