Facility

The Qliance Seattle Practice is located on the 16th floor of the newly renovated Medical Dental Building. The Medical Dental Building is located near Westlake Center on Olive Way between 5th and 6th Avenues in downtown Seattle. Our practice is a new state-of-the-art primary care facility featuring an electronic medical record system (no paper charts), digital x-ray (no film or developing), on-site laboratory and a generic drug dispensary for convenient, low cost, "first-fill" prescriptions.

Driving & Parking

If you are driving, there is valet parking in the Medical Dental Building. However, the least expensive place to park is in the garage at the Pacific Place shopping center on 6th Avenue directly across the street from our office. Self-parking at Pacific Place costs $4 for the first hour and $6 for two hours. As a reference, a typical urgent-care visit is scheduled for 30 minutes. Annual physicals, however, may require a little more than one hour. There are two entrances to the Pacific Place parking lot. One is on 6th Avenue and the other is on 7th Avenue. If you are handicapped and need wheelchair assistance, please call us at (206) 381-3030 when you arrive and we will be happy to send a staff member to assist you with a wheelchair.

Public Transportation

If you are taking public transportation, the Medical Dental Building is very well situated to take advantage of bus routes entering and leaving downtown Seattle, as well as the new light rail system. For more information on bus routes near the practice, please go to the King County Metro trip planner. As a reference, the destination of your trip is “509 Olive Way".
